HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of existing clients, ensuring long-term cooperation and value creation.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with the needs of small and medium-sized accounts to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, plan, and execute revenue growth initiatives while meeting defined sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Lead client interactions, including requirements analysis, solution positioning, and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and timely resolution of client-related matters.

THE ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar client management or sales role within an international company.
  • Professional proficiency in Latvian, English, and German is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.*
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and solution-selling processes, including practical experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
