We are looking for Cluster Revenue Executive.

  • Analyse market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to optimize revenue and RevPAR across your assigned hotels.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and ensure optimal inventory management across all revenue streams and market segments.
  • Collect, investigate, and analyse data from relevant systems to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Leverage and optimize new systems and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate reports for market segmentation, production tracking, displacement analysis, demand analysis per segment, and RevPAR penetration.
  • Review end-of-month room statistics, providing critical performance analysis versus forecasts and implemented strategies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, ensuring effective use of Revenue Management tools.
  • Balance long-term strategic goals with short-term rate and volume optimization.
  • Drive total revenue growth and achieve budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders through clear and effective communication.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
  • 2- 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Distribution within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferred.
