We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead all operational departments at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Daugava, reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager.

This is a key leadership role for an energetic professional who can successfully balance commercial performance with exceptional guest experiences. Requirements

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic leader with a natural Yes, I Can! attitude
  • Strong people-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven, detail-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Degree or diploma in hotel, hospitality, or catering management (preferred)
  • Proven experience in hotel operations with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong IT proficiency across multiple platforms
  • High personal integrity and ability to perform in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager oversees all hotel operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other core service areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service at all times
  • Leading and supporting Heads of Department to maximize guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • Driving key hotel metrics, ensuring KPIs are clearly communicated and achieved
  • Delivering the hotel’s budget and business plan, maximizing revenue, profitability, productivity, and brand reputation
  • Analyzing operational performance and implementing best practices to enhance financial results and added value
  • Ensuring full compliance with Latvian legislation, brand standards, and audit requirements
  • Developing and mentoring operational teams through training, coaching, and performance management
  • Optimizing staffing levels to balance outstanding guest service with cost efficiency
  • Providing detailed forecasting and contributing to monthly reporting processes
  • Playing an active role in strategic planning, budgeting, and business plan development
  • Acting as Hotel-in-Charge in the absence of the Cluster General Manager
