What will you do

Engage with users through multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries;
Deliver an outstanding user experience by actively listening to users, addressing their needs effectively, and providing clear, helpful solutions;
Precisely follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in all user interactions.

Applicant requirements

Ability to work various shifts - days, afternoons and evenings, including weekends;
Strong computer skills;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
High communication and problem-solving abilities; a fast learner and a strong team player;
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
