Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring and forecasting support staff coverage as per office requirements.
• Management of schedule issues based on absence, vacation requests, changes in client’s requirements and business needs.
• Analysis of attrition reports and other site-related statistics.
• Close cooperation with departments such as management, quality and training.

Prasības kandidātiem

Our requirements are:

• Very good Russian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Handling large amount of data, with the attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and outstanding multitasking skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel.
• Work experience as a workforce analyst or in similar position, as an advantage.
